Now you know the basics! 🙂
I bought my first camera almost 3 years ago and ever since I’ve been totally addicted to the sound of the shutter going up and down.
I created this blog because i want to share my best work with you! 🙂 You’ll notice that i don’t upload photographs everyday, that’s because of the hundreds of photos i take, only a few of them are good enough to be here. An Artistic Photograph needs to transmit something to the viewer, and that’s what I try to do. The titles of my photographs are most of the time inspired by music. If you’re curious you can google them, maybe you’ll find a song you like! 🙂
If you have any questions, feel free to ask, and if you want to contact me click here!
Thanks for following my blog and liking my posts!

I have a photo of the camera here: https://lifeinaphotograph.wordpress.com/2012/10/13/look-at-us-through-the-lens-of-a-camera/
It belongs to my father, but unfortunately it’s not working very well nowadays, the shutter has some problems and most of the photos appear way too dark 😦 I’d really like to get it fixed though 🙂

I understand the shutter addiction 🙂
LikeLike
It really is addictive, some more than others 😀 Which camera do you have? 🙂
LikeLike
For my conventional shooting a Nikon D80 – for my infrared work a converted Nikon D100.
I have a host of film cameras as well where you really get the “clunk” of the shutter.
LikeLike
Ah I see, why Nikon? 😀 I really like the sound of the Canon 5D Mark III, it must be an amazing camera!
Yes film cameras make a lot of noise, i have two of them, an Agfa Silette and a Minolta 7000. Both make quite a bit of noise, but the Minolta is the loudest. 🙂
LikeLike
I stared with a Nikon (FM) and I have quite an investment in Nikkor glass – thanks to the F mount all my lenses will work on any Nikon digital – granted the D80 is a crop-factor, but some day I’ll get a full-frame sensor camera. Have fun shooting!
LikeLike
Yeah that’s the problem with Canon, if I buy a full frame camera like the Canon 5D, i can’t use of of my lenses which is kind of sad… You too have fun! 😀

It’s actually a ski field. So there is a road most of the way up, and then you can climb to the top. There isn’t really a track as such but yes you can climb them: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Remarkables
